As the 21st Century begins as the Age of Drought, a look at three places–Florida, China, and Nevada–where dryness has gone big. In Florida, the world’s most famous swamp, the Everglades, has been turning into a salt flat. In China, vast problems with water pollution have been compounded in some areas by problems of having no water. And Nevada’s Lake Mead, once the largest reservoir in the world, now is given a 50% chance of drying up completely in the next dozen years. Watch Vanguard Mondays at 9/8c on Current TV.
An incredible ghost apparition was caugh on tape this week during a visit to old WWII tunnels in the mountains of Japan. The camera started to go crazy and was malfunctioning at the lower level of the tunnels. Strange EVP’s ( Electronic voice phenomenon ) were caught on tape during the filiming. If you listen very closely, you can hear a voice saying “closer” , a couple of times during the video. These tunnels are not open to the public . This week a small group of engineers were sent into these old WWII tunnels to test radiation levels. The tunnels are several miles away from the leaking reactors. The deepest part of the tunnel is approx 1500 ft into the ground and can be reached via several steps and wooden slides leading to the bottom. These tunnels were used for mining purposes before Japan used them for WWII purposes. Radiation levels in the tunnels were detected in very small amounts, not harmful to humans, but high enough to arouse spirits of soldiers from a distant past.

www.softwaretestingvideos.com “Visit for FREE Complete Video Training” Get Software testing Jobs just watching these Videos.Bug life cycle helps you understand the whole process involved in defect reporting.Testers are hired to find bugs & you need to know what happens when a bug in a software application is found. In software development process, the bug has a life cycle. The bug should go through the life cycle to be closed. A specific life cycle ensures that the process is standardized. The bug attains different states in the life cycle. The life cycle of the bug can be shown diagrammatically as follows: The different states of a bug can be summarized as follows: 1. New 2. Open 3. Assign 4. Test 5. Verified 6. Deferred 7. Reopened 8. Duplicate 9. Rejected and 10. Closed Description of Various Stages: 1. New: When the bug is posted for the first time, its state will be “NEW”. This means that the bug is not yet approved. 2. Open: After a tester has posted a bug, the lead of the tester approves that the bug is genuine and he changes the state as “OPEN”. 3. Assign: Once the lead changes the state as “OPEN”, he assigns the bug to corresponding developer or developer team. The state of the bug now is changed to “ASSIGN”. 4. Test: Once the developer fixes the bug, he has to assign the bug to the testing team for next round of testing. Before he releases the software with bug fixed, he changes the state of bug to “TEST”. It specifies that the bug has been fixed and is released …

Video from the paper “Bouncing Water Droplet on a Superhydrophobic Carbon Nanotube Array,” authored by Adrianus I. Aria, Morteza Gharib, published online on ArXiv, Submitted on 7 Oct 2010: arxiv.org The first two parts of the video show the impact dynamic of 30 microliters water droplet at different impact velocity. At low impact velocity of 1.03 m/s, the water droplet deforms upon impact and eventually bounces off completely of the surface of the array. At higher impact velocity of 2.21 m/s, the droplet breaks up into many smaller droplets and eventually bounces off completely of the surface of the array. The coefficient of restitution of water droplet at very low impact velocity can be seen clearly by dropping a water droplet on a slightly tilted carbon nanotube array. At tilt angle of 2.5 degrees the droplet skips off of the surface of the array multiple times without showing any sign of pinning on the surface of the array, as demonstrated in the third part of the video. The fourth part of the video shows the sliding/rolling behavior of the droplet along the surface of a U-shaped carbon nanotube array. The fifth part of the video shows the impact of two identical 14 microliters water droplets to one another on a U-shaped carbon nanotube arrays. Upon impact, these two water droplets, which come from the opposite direction, merge to form one larger droplet. All parts of the video were captured by high speed camera operated at various frame rates. The droplet was …

Apparently to be Bruce Lee, you need to be like water – which is humanly impossible. I can only assume he was omnipotent. ==================================== I was joking, to everyone replying thinking I was making FUN of Bruce Lee or taking him word for word needs to relax, I love Bruce. In a simple way of explaining what I meant, the joke was a play on the saying “Be Like Water” being literal, that if he could literally be like water, something impossible, he must be omnipotent. I was trying to say no one but him could, etc. I wasn’t implying anything else. I was actually complimenting his abilities by exaggerating what I thought of them. I mean look at the tags.. Bruce Lee, Water God. I wasn’t being sarcastic, I was being serious.
